Every Applicant Gets a Real Interview.
Your Team Only Meets the Good Ones.
Structured AI interviewing that screens your volume in hours instead of weeks, in English and Spanish.
Two hundred applications come in. Someone has to work through them, and that someone already has a full-time job. So the pile sits. The good candidates take other offers while they wait. The ones who do get screened get a different conversation depending on who called them and how late in the day it was.
That is the bottleneck in volume hiring, and it is not a sourcing problem.
Screened in Hours, Not Weeks
The interview
Candidates complete a conversational interview on their own time, usually within hours of applying. The questions follow your criteria, and the follow-ups adapt to what the candidate actually says rather than running a fixed script.
The shortlist
You get a scored shortlist with the interview evidence attached: what each person said, not just a rating.
Why this screens better, not just faster
Everyone gets the same interview
Structured interviewing with consistent questions is the single best-evidenced way to reduce bias in selection. Doing it by hand across two hundred candidates is not realistic. Doing it with a tool is.
Nobody waits
Speed is a quality issue in volume hiring. The best candidates have other options and they take the first good offer.
It surfaces what a resume cannot
Communication, reasoning, and judgment show up in how someone answers a follow-up question, not in a bullet list.
It works in Spanish
For a Florida or Puerto Rico employer with Spanish-speaking applicants, an English-only screen is not a screen.
Where it sits with our other work
Valitron is the engine behind our Contingency Recruiting service. If you would rather hand the whole requisition to us, that is the page to read.
Valitron interviews. Acumax assesses. Valitron tells you what a candidate knows and how they think. Acumax Index tells you how they are wired to work. Most clients screening at volume use Valitron first and Acumax on the finalists.
How candidates experience it
Candidates are told before they begin that the interview is conducted by an AI tool, what it evaluates, and how to request a human alternative. Transcripts are retained according to a policy we agree with you, and deleted on request where the law requires it.
We are explicit about this because it is required in several jurisdictions, and because a candidate who feels ambushed by a machine is a candidate who tells people about it.
