Vanessa is a sophisticated, corporate-executive, Human Resources Strategist with a diverse business background in highly competitive and demanding markets that include manufacturing, commercial and insurance in global brand organizations, with both union and non union environments. She has mastered the craft of leading, managing and engaging with people in all human resources disciplines. The areas she has cultivated the most are Talent Acquisition, Culture and People Engagement, Organizational Advance and Development, Employee Relations and Labor Law Advocacy.

She is a strong believer that results are reached through developing, empowering and engaging with the people. It is in this strategy that she has been able to play the cards at the table with all business partners of the organizations, dealing effectively with the cards that are dealt.

She has held several positions throughout her career to include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Secretary of the Board of Directors for Marsh Saldaña with responsibilities in Puerto Rico and Panama Operations. Prior to this challenge she was the Human Resources Director for Suiza Dairy Corporation which was a multi-site commercial, manufacturing operation (dairy, plastic and coffee manufacturing). She was also the Human Resource Director for Revlon Puerto Rico and Pepsi Cola Bottling Company.

She holds a Juris Doctor Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Vanessa is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
