Juan has more than 18 years of expertise in executive, leadership and career transition coaching and outplacement counseling, serving clients across South Florida and the Caribbean. He is a Lifetime Achievement Award winner and holds a Lifetime Accreditation. Before coaching, Juan built a 25+ year career in Human Resources, including more than 13 years in the executive suite with P&L responsibility. He is also an Adjunct Professor at local universities, teaching Leadership, HR, Organizational Behavior, Recruitment, Compensation and Strategy. Juan holds an MBA in Management from Florida International University.
