Isabel has more than 30 years of experience building compensation programs, including serving as Director of Total Rewards at Walmart Puerto Rico and in compensation leadership roles at 3M and Intel. She holds a Juris Doctor and teaches the Certified Compensation Professional certification courses in Puerto Rico.
