Since 2008, Alexandra has provided career management support to transitioning employees across a range of industries, including executive-level clients. She coaches and advises on career guidance and evaluation, job search skills, job market targeting, resume writing, interview preparation, networking and negotiation. Alexandra also advises organizations on all phases of human resources, including workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development, mentoring and coaching, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation and benefits. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University.
