With more than 15 years in the Human Resources field, Mariselis has enjoyed most of her career managing a wide range of Human Resources activities in the healthcare industry.

She has a solid background in labor and employee relations with proven results conducting workplace investigations, managing reasonable accommodations and leave management process, employee data audits, and forecasting human resources needs.  Also, she has managed compliance procedures with federal and local agencies to meet the standard regulations in the industry. 

Mariselis, holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and multiple certifications in Labor Law Legislation, Payroll and License Administration which has prepared her to have the business acumen needed to align people with business strategy. 

She is energetic and passionate about helping people and organizations.
